| Bio: | A selection of Victorian fashion plates from La Mode Illustrée More information can be found in the website: www.innershelter.net/lamodeillustree I have photographed these plates from my personal collection of bound magazines, which includes years 1875, 1876, 1877, 1881, 1882, 1883 and 1884. This is a work in progress, new plates are added regularly. These magazines are more than 120 years old, and therefore exempt of copyright protection. Please note that hotlinking these images in not allowed. I share the images freely, but not my bandwidth. I use the LJ tag system as an aid for browsing the images in the website. You can add this journal to your friends list, but be aware that the images are quite big (a maximum of 800 pixels wide or 700 pixels high) there will be no lj-cuts, and many entries may be posted from time to time.
